Admin Interface
This will be a highly sensitive and secure part of the website, or desktop, which will allow access to all details regarding the website and orders
placed there. We normally automate many of the standard admin tasks, and create a step by step processing and reporting system, which can often be
administered by only one person.
We try, as far as possible, to put every aspect of the business online, reducing the workload on admin staff, and the cost of postage and delivery. This
will not be possible to the same degree, of course, if you are delivering a physical product, rather than a service.
It is usual to set the admin interface up with various levels of access, and only one master admin which has access to all, and can grant access to
other users accordingly.
