Ongoing Support
Once the website is built, and you commence trading, we don't see that as the end of our relationship. Indeed, we look at this as the
first step together, and we would hope that we are able to stick around and help you develop the business as you grow.
The website will most likely be your main source of income, your main sales and marketing tool, and like everything else in life, it will
require regular maintenance, upgrading, refreshing and monitoring.
We believe we can take a small business and put them up there with, and even above, the big guys, but to stay there, you must be prepared to
continue to invest in all the latest technology and resources available to you.
We will continue to monitor the market for new technology and ideas, and would expect to touch base with you at least every month, keeping you
abreast of advancements, developments, opportunities or threats. We do not make any charge for these things, but rather view it as being part
of our relationship with valued clients. Of course, if we carry out any upgrades or improvements, we would have to charge for this in the
normal way by prior agreement.
Our commitment to our chosen clients is life long, and we see ourselves as partners, rather than suppliers. We expect to have a long lasting relationship
with those clients we accept.
